Litigation Law Clerk (Full-Time, Onsite - Century City)

Looking to build real litigation experience in a hands-on role? This is a great opportunity for someone finishing their JD or considering law school who already has some exposure to litigation and is ready to take the next step.

You'll work directly with attorneys at a busy litigation firm, gaining practical, day-to-day experience with real cases, court filings, and litigation work.

Pay: $30-$33/hour
Schedule: Full-time, onsite (5 days/week in Century City)


What You'll Do

  • Support attorneys on active litigation matters
  • Draft complaints, motions, discovery requests, and other legal documents
  • Prepare and file documents in state and federal courts (including e-filing)
  • Assist with case research, investigations, and fact gathering
  • Organize and maintain case files and evidence
  • Help prepare for depositions and trial
  • Create Tables of Contents and Authorities (TOC/TOA)
  • Track deadlines and manage case calendars
  • Communicate with clients, court staff, and legal teams

Basic Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of experience in a law firm or litigation setting

  • Ability to manage multiple assignments and deadlines
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Able to work full-time onsite in Century City (5 days/week)
  • Must not be enrolled to sit for the July Bar exam
